Background
Capacity is an AI SaaS startup on a mission to create an enterprise support automation platform to “empower teams and customers with instant knowledge and automated workflows.”
Following an unexpected and swift product pivot, Capacity (then known as Jane.ai) found itself smack dab in the middle of a full-on rebrand. As a result of external factors, we needed our new brand—complete with an entirely new, enterprise website—in 60 days.
To make things even more interesting, our limited supply of design resources were spread across the company to assist with the product pivot, which meant that I was the only designer dedicated to support our contracted Design Director.
Needless to say, our often repeated “move fast and break things” mantra kicked in. With a couple of talented UX writers and a cache of hard-earned UX design experience at my side, I dove in head-first.
After two months of existing on coffee, research, illustrations, bad jokes, and closer-than-normal relationship with Figma, I had done my part to help the team deliver a polished and robust (over 100 pages!) website.
